Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, informed on Tuesday that the exchange had quit India operations. The company disables UPI payments due to informal pressure from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This is the first time Coinbase has booked a loss in any quarter. The total loss for the first quarter of 2022 is around $430 Million.
