A US court decided on June 8 that Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon and his business must comply with SEC inquiries. The investigation is into the South Korean company’s Mirror Protocol issue. It confirms a February order that Terraform Labs and Kwon must hand over Mirror Protocol documents. They also need to testify before the SEC.
