LimeWire, a platform once famous for allowing millions of people to download movies and music illegally has raised $10.4 million. They have been working on relaunching as a digital collectibles marketplace for art and entertainment, initially focused on music. The funds will be used to build strong connections in the industry and curate high-quality content, said the team.
Kraken Ventures, Arrington Capital, Crypto.com Capital and deadmau5 were among the investors.
