MetaBrewSociety (MBS) will offer voting rights on a physical brewery’s business decisions via the Web3 mode. NFTs and a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) will soon be voting tools for brewery decision-making. MBS will offer tokenized “beer share” certificates with varying governance rights over a physical Munich brewery with a Metaverse presence. All NFTs will entitle the holder to at least 100 cans of free beer per year, and their sale will help fund the brewery’s purchase and expansion.
